buy psp modded or not

how much does it costs to mod a psp 1000, or 2000.

do you guys think its better to buy one already modded or buy one which hasnt been modded.

is it easy to upload games to the psp. and how long does it take. do you need a good conneciton or not.

which version of psp is the best one other than psp go.

a psp 2000 modded with 4 gb is this a good deal for 150
psp 1000 modded with 1 gb for 120 is it a good deal
