lol i'm pretty sure that fan has a sign somewhere around it that says small car only.. or more recently they just started blocking off the parking spot. Aberdeen's parkade is a gong show, whoever designed it must've been from mainland and thought we all ride bicycles.

backing out of a parking spot is asking to get hit by some douchebag who: A) thinks it's cool to drive 80km/hr in the parkade or B) is old and just not paying attention.

This is a Richmond wide thing, not just Aberdeen.

I prefer to back in everywhere I go (if it's possible of course) because it's just so much easier to leave that way.

Saw this crash on Westwood St. in Port Coquitlam yesterday. It was green for the guy in the truck. Asian lady pulled into the intersection with her X6 wanting to make a left turn... she turns when he was entering the intersection... um okay.. guy ends up crashing into her.

It was hilarious when the guy started raging and she looked all scared.

i h8 aberdeens parking... richmond drivers are worse enough but having to wade through them in a parking lot thats too small is hell

aberdeens parking lot is a gong show. I hate backing out of a spot down there. It is the same with crystal mall as well. ICBC should set up a shop inside the parking lots of these asian malls theyd make a killing with all the accidents that happen down there

I was waiting for a C-lai at Aberdeen to back her X5 into a spot, she would inch back, stop, inch back, stop. When I finally saw her from the side, it was because she was on her phone and had one hand on the wheel trying to reverse in.
I was so pissed I put my car into park, got out and went over and knocked on her window, which she didn't roll down. So I yelled at her anyway and told her to put her fucking phone down. I even made the hand gesture in case she played the "I don't speak English" game. She nodded her head at me a smiled and then she put down her phone and still took a solid 3 minutes to back in. At the end, her car was sitting on one of the lines anyway.

Edit: nevermind - wasn't thinking properly!
