I'm posting this add for my brother who acquired his dream car and now this car which has been loved and well cared for is up for sale.
1991 GTI 16v - Becoming one of the most collectable watercooled VW's available to the North American market. This vehicle is an EXCELLENT example of a collectors car.
I have personally owned this car before my brother and have done a lot to clean this car up to keep it as original as possible while restoring/modifying it slightly. Little things such as door speaker covers, trim, clips, front and rear GTI 16v emblems, original 16v keys, lights, dash/interior components have all been gone through and been replaced as needed. The driveline in this car has been kept up with numerous recent repairs being done to make sure it sees another 100,000 kms or more without major work.
This car also doesn't have any weird quirks such as rust, water leaks, rusty/oily engine bay, and things along these lines. It also has NOT been modified with poor aftermarket parts or irreversible modifications. Mature owners.
The car also comes with ALL receipts dating back to 1993, original owners manuals, dealer brochures, etc...

- Lowering Suspension
A brake in attempt was made to both door handles and the rear bumper was LIGHTLY scraped when someone rear ended my brother (extremely slow hit). Both of these areas were repaired very well.
I'm sure there are things I am forgetting. The car drives straight, true, is quick, nimble and a real pleasure to own.
