WTF is happening to Hwy no.1
 

Came home and saw the traffic backed up all the way from PNE exit to as far as Galgardi exit if not further down

Traffic was REALLY bad, bumper to bumper, no one was moving on hwy no.1 heading west


thank god i was heading east:eek:

I'm pretty sure it was Christmas yesterday..

not sure but it was really packed near ikea in coquitlam bumper 2 bumper and not really moving

lots of people coming into vancouver

saw a cop car blocking two lanes on the hwy parked parallel style

Well it's cold and icy out so maybe a accident?

got off brunettte onto hwy 1 heading west
bumper to bumper
took me 30 min. to get to galardi exit

apparently there was a police incident on hwy 1 and 1st ave
so they made all the cars go onto galardi exit

Tell me about it. I had to drop my BMW off at home and take my mom's car because my car was slipping so bad.

Fuck did anyone else see the fucking fog out there? Holy shit!

your lucky.. i was stuck there for a good hour.. fml.. i was in the faster lane too lol.. my brother was in another car probably got stuck more then an hour..

Was coming back from Coquitlam to Burnaby around midnight and traffic was perfectly fine

Yeah, around 12 on highway 1 in Coquitlam could only see about 20 feet in front of me.

Also the black ice is pretty bad, gave the car slightly to much gas and started sliding all over the place.

I was heading East on Hwy 1 around 10pm.

Apparently the Westbound lanes from Kensington to 1st Ave. were closed. I think I heard something briefly on News1130 about a police car incident. Bumper to bumper all the way from the 160th exit.

I thought it was a roadblock. Or an accident. Saw a bad looking accident @6 on s.marine and victoria I think

it was actually a polce chase.. Ending up with a burnaby cop being injured

a cruiser was parked perpendicular to the highway blocking traffic...traffic was backed up for a longgg ass time

was driving to go to Port Coquitlam this morning at 12ish, drove by the whole scene, all cars were turned around and forced to go back down the bridge, there was a beige coloured car that was crushed into a fuckin ball I couldnt even tell what car it was, and countless police cars just HECTIC

There was an accident today at roughly 9:30am @ Kingsway/Boundary South East corner.

A 2005 Tan TL and some other car. The TL hit the island with its driverside bumper and another car rear ended him. It was probably due to ice.
Felt bad for them since they were probably going to metrotown
