Seriously though. Since 'Patient Zero' in the 1950s? (60s?) the HIV epidemic has exploded in ways no one could anticipate. This is a serious medical concern for India and despite the research being 'embarassing' to Indian men it was vital. Its shows a commitment to ensuring the safety of its citizens.

That being said, its going to be hard as everloving fuck to make "snug" fitting condoms because most manufacturers are used to adult sized wangs....

....oh, and to all of the cocky brown guys I see at the club: I'll remember this research when I see you with your chest puffed up and you're trying to show off and talk louder than everyone else. At least there'll be a reason why you're so obviously overcompensating ;)
