BMW at Richmond Auto Mall was pretty bad back in tha day too. They still ignored me after I brought both my parents. Apparently they didn't look rich enough either or something. :( And yeah, Mazda had this creepy 40yo balding guy working there too after we got ignored for 10 minutes.
