Because we are moving threads that fit in with respective forums... If its music related then it goes there.. I didn't read this whole thread but if this is off topic then it'll stay here, but if it pertains to another topic, eg. Fashion and Shopping then it'll go there. If this thread is just about a model then it's more appropriate to the off topic forum

This thread is all about a music artist. The Kpop thread was mixed between Kpop, Kdrama, and general entertainment and celebrities. Made no sense to move it...it was so loved in Off Topic....and is now dying a slow death in the Music form.
I never heard a single user complain that the Kpop thread offended them by being in Off Topic.

Shes cool and all, and I wasnt on RS when this thread was started but when I saw this thread at the top it was just 
Seems more like a no need to start a new thread thread, or something that belongs in music thread...
I rather see the Kpop thread that this here tbh, kpop at least had a shit load of hot girls instead of just 1 moderately good looking one.

There has been direction from admin/ owners that threads need to be in their respective places. I didn't move the thread so I can't speak to why it was moved for sure but this is what's going on..
