shrinking photos & printing question was playing with my dads gifts ^^ to print some photos the photos are 8x10 and id like to print something like 4x5 but the thing is after i go to image>image size and switch the canvas size down, in photoshop, and print the shrinked/printed image comes out with all sorts of.. what looks like compression artifacts and grain that's not there when i print the image at its regular size (mind u the shrinked image on my monitor doesn't show any artifacts or grain) is there some filter im supposed to run after shrinking or am i supposed to shrink images in a different way or what? im pretty confused  thx |
