Are international texts included in unlimited texting?

I've had my plan now for a good year or so and was always worried I would get charged extra for international SMS. I've been doing it for the past month or so and have had no extra charges on my account. is this normal or should I be celebrating cause someone screwed up at Rogers? lol

FYI, when texting internationally, I just use the following format: + area or country code - number. my plan does have unlimited texting as well.

it seems to work fine cause people on the other end get my texts, and I get theirs as well.

celebrate and pray whatever issue they have is not fixed since you SHOULD be charged for international text.

Not sure about rogers, but I saw that WIND has international texting for like $5 add-on.

international text are not free or at least not suppose to be free. it's $0.25 per text and you can get packages that includes x amount of international sms

I'm gonna check out my next bill when it arrives to see if it is in fact costing me $0.25. so far I haven't had any charges.

lol agreed. I just got my bill today. $0.25 cents for international texts, which isn't all that bad if you ask me. weird thing is that it's not my first billing cycle where I send international SMS, but it's my first one where I'm actually being charged.

International text as in what? US or outside of North America.
