Is there free parking around Granville and Broadway?
We need to determine how long we are going to wait in front of chapters for. There maybe some stragglers. I am thinking max 15-30 min before heading down to Granville island.

If there are some people arriving late, what method should to use to catch up?

waiting until 10:15am. If don't see a group of people in front of chapters, drive down to Granville Island and look for the large group of people with cameras.

Thats good thinking Keitaro. There is no free parking around much, well some back alleys is allright. Its tricky though. I'll be there at 10am, and a group of us will leave at 1015am. Might bring a few more friends. Should be fun! Look forward to meeting everyone!
