DIY: Reading diagnostic trouble

I was wondering if anyone on the forum with an RSX has ever tried this.

http://hondatuning.info/how-to-read-...dii-scan-tool/

I've got a 2003 rsx type s with 116xxxkm and my malfunction indicator light came on last night and thought I'd give it a try.

Or, does anyone know if lordco or anywhere else will scan the OBDII for free?

You can do that on any OBDII car. I've done it on S numerous times.

Just becareful that you do not put the pin into the wrong holes as you could short out the ECU.

Crappy Tire and Lordco might do the OBDII scan for you, but not sure if it is free.
