One thing though, this is the worst way to break in a freshly built motor that is not stock. Is it burning any oil?

It has a exedy flywheel and clutch.

Lsd trans.

Has sport solid mounts.

Toda header, buddy club test pipe, apexi cat back.

I'm waiting for my shop to email me the details of the compression etc.

It was tuned for street use. Its running on a jdm type R ecu.
another quick note as well,

supertech does not make any sort of bottom end parts so you may want to clarify what parts you have in the bottom end of that motor.

as well, ballpeen balanced? so the engine builder took a ballpeen hammer to everything to ensure the correct weight on everything before assembly? just a little confused.

and it was tuned for street use, but you mention there is a JDM ITR ecu? and you were getting a hondata later? how is the motor tuned if its running a stock ecu? are/were you running a vafc?

either way bump for you and GLWS, sounds like a cool car.

You still need to straighten out some of your information because it is very misleading. They do not call it ball peen balanced. They spin the entire bottom end but usually only the crank. Not sure which way it was done and they do not use a ball peen hammer to check for cracks and it is called magnafluxing. I am just saying that you need to explain this stuff more clearly because if i wanted to buy this car, and you told me that, I would think you are clueless about what has been done with this motor. We still don't know what rods and pistons are used. Just trying to help.
