Not too long ago, the 12th Annual Korea-China Song Festival was held at the KBS Hall on December 2nd, for which various famous music artists from both nations came together as a way to promote friendship between the two countries. Unfortunately, this particular event might not be remembered for creating bonds anymore.

One fancam from the festival recently caught the attention of many SNSD fans, as it contains footage of what looks like a man inappropriately touching member Jessica.

In the video, right after Jessica says the ending speech on behalf of the group, she quickly turns to Hyoyeon and seems to whisper something into her ear. Hyoyeon then looks in the direction of the man to the right of Jessica (from the videographer’s vantage point) in apparent shock and disgust at something, while Jessica proceeds to move to the far left where Sooyoung is standing. Meanwhile, the man on the right slowly begins to remove himself from the scene, as he walks out of sight to the right.

By the look of Jessica’s facial expression, it’s quite obvious that she was disturbed by something that happened, and the speculation over the alleged inappropriate touching has left SONES enraged.

what do you guys think? The second vid at around 0:15 (corresponds to first vid around 0:12) clearly shows his hand.

In the first vid something else might have happened at around 0:42 too.

the hand was there but you can't really tell if he was groping or if his hand was even touching her, he might've just been worried she'd lose her balance n fall to the front

Also the guy who removes himself from the scene seems to be standing far away from Jessica and with another man in between them. Are they referring to him or the other guy? Does he have Dhalsim arms?

You can see he makes his way over right behind her, then at then end after Jessica tells Hyoyeon, he moves over to the right away from her (but still in view) at 0:58. He is the only guy behind the girls still in view at 0:58. The other guy who exited the screen is not the suspect.

Yeah it's hard to tell but that would be epic if more videos surfaced and it turns out he does grope her. All hell will break loose.

I have no doubt that he did touch her by the their reaction and stuff.

yea i couldnt see shit the first time, but watch it a few times, you see the dudes hand on jessica's hip

maybe she over reacted, but then again someone touched her hip, maybe she thot it was one of her girls but she turns around and sees a 50 year old dude smirking, i guess that justifies her reaction

lol the article was up at around 6am today but only the first video was available. Naturally I wasn't planning on jumping to conclusions since you can't see shit in the first video and can only speculate based on sica/hyoyeon's reactions. later on allkpop put up the second video which provided a bit more evidence so I decided to post the article.

It's not just SONEs who are pissed, many ELFs, BJs, other fanclubs are pissed too. You don't have to be a SONE to be against alleged sexual harassment.

Who knows. What I find funny is that in the comments on the akp article, people are posting up the guy's picture and threatening to hunt him down etc. lol if the dude is indeed innocent then poor guy hahaha getting all this hate for nothing.

you can't see if he does touch Jessica while she has her flag out in front of the kid's face, but you can definitely see hyoyeon's reaction.

You can definitely see some movement in the third video around her right breast as she is turned to the side... it's still pretty hard to see, but you can definitely see movement, like a hand suddenly retracting, just before the reactions...

So I would say she was touched... whether it was on purpose, don't know... but the guy's mannerisms sure seem sketchy.
