where are you staying? i stayed a the hong guest house when i was there for 2 months at the beginning of this year and it was awesome! lots of people to talk to, the staff helps you out and party every weekend. im going back again this december!

I'm living in a new apartment by myself near Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. It's one stop away from Hoegi, and about 30 minutes from Hongdae or Gangnam by train. I like the location (one minute walk from train) but it's a quiet town. Anyone on RS want to meet up in Seoul just hit me up. I have a lot of free time considering I don't work, just play lol.

yep thats the place! the owner has two locations; hong guest house and kimchi guest house. hong guest house is more suitable for the younger crowd because there is generally more drinking/gaming/interaction between the travelers. kimchi hostel is more quiet because you stay in an apartment type building so there is a bit less interaction between travelers. when i stayed at kimchi hostel, the owner and the rest of the other travelers would meet up at night and walk to the hong guest house to start the night of partying/drinking...etc etc.
which ever one you choose, you will be only about 5-10 minute walk from hongdae which is where the party scene is at. ^^

ill hit you up if you are still in seoul in december! i can't wait to spend nye there! hahahahha so excited!!!!
by the way, you should take the train or plane ( aprox. $50) to busan or jeju island. jeju island is like the asian hawaii and busan has bikini parties on the beach from what i heard! ^^
