I don't think is being greedy. They are just trying to squeeze more money of out SNSD. If NA fails, they still got tons of $ in S.E Asia and Europe to go to.

IMO, SNSD would have done a lot better if they went to Jimmy Kimmel. I think Dave Letterman is more for the 40+ year olds nowadays.
