RabidRat 01-26-2010 01:48 AM

+1 on fliptuner's question, why'd you suddenly decide to sell?

First guy came, took alook and played it off like he wasnt interested in paying full price but we werent going to budge because it had been on craigs list for less than 24 hours. 2nd guy came about 2 hours after and bought it within 20 minutes. 1st guy phoned back and said he would pay full price but it was sold. He was pretty upset :haha:

i've had that happen to me before too. their own damn fault lol.

StylinRed 01-26-2010 02:08 AM

1/2 and 1/2, engine, tranny, exhaust, wheels/tires but the paint and everything else was pretty much original.

Just curious why you wanted to sell at this time of year? Moving? Getting something better?

barrett jackson auto show, makes people have some sort of fever and thought it would help with the sale. I think its going to be an older vette but we dont want 1 that is going to take ALOT of work just alittle. Who knows.

ya its been in a garage for about 20 years. Didnt even leave the garage for the engine and tranny work because it was done all in house ;)

jmvdesign 01-26-2010 07:40 AM

Well you see my friend, Chinese people, more often than not, prefer something that looks somewhat like this:

I am chinese, and my first car was also a camaro, still on my second car which is a trans am, and I only had 1 import a 240sx s14 and i sold it.

Cool story bro?...

funny how ignorant people are... Some poeple on here have no problem paying almost $100k for a new m3, but paying $45k for an original survivor Z28 camaro seems crazy to them.... Revscene in a nutshell

That's actually pretty ignorant of you to say...Just because an original survivor Z28 is worth $45K to you, doesn't mean it's worth $45K to me...Don't be so ignorant. Everyone has there own sense of value.

actually being ignorant means that you dont care to know how much something is worth and comment on it...

Actually being ignorant is thinking that just because something is worth a certain price to the general public, that it should be worth the same amount to each and every individual.
