Costco kirkland dog kibbles?

hi,
I heard costco kirkland brand dry dog food is good, Is this true?

Anyone feed their dogs this? I heard the Lamb and Rice one is good from a friend of my friend.

Should I trust them?

My dog has tried Go natural Endurance, Evo red meat, Evo chicken, Orijen chicken, Orijen puppy and Wellness Core...etc ( all his past foods are all grain free)

My dog does fine with all of the above foods but I just quit my job and those foods can be costly ( ~70-80$/ large bag)

I love my dog so I need to know if its worth my time switching to cheaper Kirkland until I get another job.

I gauge a dog foods quality by how much my dog has to eat to maintain his activity levels and how much of that food does he shit out.
The more he eats and shits the more filler there is in the food ,of course your dog needs to eat and shit, but you'll find on better quality foods with the right amount of protein fiber carbs ect he will eat less and do more.

Costco's Lamb and Rice formula is on par with Nutro's Lamb and Rice. It isn't bad, I used it years and years ago. It does have fillers as its main ingredients (remember the order listed on the package is before cooking. so the meat amount changes after cooking.)

If you really are outta cash, I've got quite a bit saved up in credit at vanpets in yaletown. That'll knock a lil off the price of a bag of orijen...

That being said, if you pull up in a bling bling car decked out in LV, I'll be mighty pissed! I'm doin this for the dog...plain n simple.

hahah, thx, I dont have a bling bling vehicle. I managed to get a temperary job now and found cheaper place to buy Orijen for $55 dollars/ 29lb bag.

Everything is good. I decided not to try kirkland food to my dog. Don't like the filler particle theory

kirklands was rated as being a very good dog food.... for its price, even compared to some big named ones.

if u must, try mixing it with high end dog food. however, from what ive seen with my dog, he eats less dog food of the high end brand (orijen, GO brand, etc) than if he was eating a less high end brand, such as kirkland.

plus less food = less shit + good solid shit, none of that loose crap.
