[First Post] Where can I find the following..

Good afternoon everyone. (MOD, if this post is in the wrong place, let me know)

I am new to this community and I was wondering where I can find the following things for my car. I have a 2006 Lexus IS250 and I would like to find the following...

1. Window Tinting - I want to tint my rear windows (5 of them) and I want top of the line stuff, where would i go and how much?

2. Lexus IS LED Tail Lights - I saw a couple of them roaming around and I was wondering how much they are and how much the installation would cost?

do you want the 09' tails? or the IS F ones, etc. it's actually pretty easy to do yourself. direct swap.

i came across a Lexus IS250 in Richmond about a few weeks ago and they had a circle one instead of straight lines of LEDs.
