WTT - ASUS eee PC 1005HA (Premium model, upgraded) for 13" macbook (older model) I bought and used this netbook for one semester of school and it has been excellent with no problems at all. After a semester of writing papers in the library i have started having headaches due to the small 10.1" screen that this netbook has so I have been looking for a bigger (yet reliable) laptop i can carry with me with a little bigger screen and with specs not greater than this netbook. I'm a full time student that with very little money so it has not been as easy to just go and buy a new or used one. I've been looking into the older 2007 macbooks since i have been wanting one for a while, and i thought it would be a perfect trade considering the following: 1005HA-P: OS: Windows XP home edition Display: 10.1-inch glossy display RAM: 2GB (upgraded from 1GB) CPU: intel atom (1.67GHz) HD: 160GB Webcam: 1.3mp SD/MMC card slot vga connector 6 cell battery (goes for around 7-10 hrs depending on what you're doing) 2.81lbs (with battery) bluetooth no cd drive charger, cd, case, box included Macbook: OS: OSX Display: 13.3" glossy display RAM: 1GB HD: 120GB CPU: intel core 2 duo (2.16GHz) Webcam: 1.3mp Battery: 55W/hr (apparently lasts about 3 hours) 5.2lbs bluetooth superdrive Doesn't have to be in perfect condition as long as it is durable and working. It would be great is the charger and cds were included as well. So based on the basic specs I see this as a decent trade. If anyone out there is interested in an excellent notebook and has an old macbook sitting around then please give me a shout. Feel free to message me and ask questions.
