hopefully the squeegee people and the panhandlers scare c-lais from driving...though it's a pretty tough task.

panhandlers in Richmond ?? they are in the wrong place, they will leave Richmond a year later because they know us Chinese are all cheap fuck and wont give them a penny !! LOL
