New Rogers Plans, anyone know about?

anyone know anything about the upcomming rogers wireless plans?
its seems like rogers come out with new plans each year around this time of the year, and when i bought my bold 2 off a rogers retailstore rep, he told me a specific date where rogers will release new plans, which is FEB 4th.
so anyone know anything?

reason is im planning to add data to my plan, yet i dont know if i should call into retentions now, or wait and see what the new plans will offer.

Is the retention number gone now? I hadn't used it in a few yrs and a couple months ago I tried again and it just went 2 the regular customer service. They r starting 2 charge me more again, time 2 complain :D

Yeah, no more dedicated line.

And now, you have to actually go through another representative before they will transfer you to customer relations (aka retention).

And contract lengths are normally 3 years.

Same shoes as you, my retention contract is over, looking to get a new contract with Rogers again.

Also looking to add 500mb data plan + BIS (unlimited email and messenging) but looking to see if retention plans will be better or a completely new contract is a better option.

well they did update their plans on feb the 4th, with nothing new other than prices has gone up $5each i think.

and when u add data, make sure u tell them its for blackberry. it took me 4 calls within an hour to get data working for my plan.

1st call was talking to retentions about adding 500MB of data for blackberry re: i mentioned its for my blackberry 9700 MANY TIMES during the convo.

2nd call was to find out why theres no data for my plan, cause the idiot csr didnt remove the internet block that i put on when i had my iphone 2 years ago, the idiot csrs didnt remove the internet block after i added the data, then wtf is data use for.

3rd was to find out the idiot csr added a normal data so BIS did not work, and i've already mentioned i wanted data for my blackberry many many times during the first phone call.

4th was to bitch and complain to get everything working right.

all within an hour.
