That truck is probably like 15k, trailers probably another 15k, assorted random parts that'll prolly come with the car 5K? Random ish: 2k. So, 43k for a race prepped gtr? Cool |
thats a pretty good deal considering the nur r34 was something like 180 grand |
Ive heard the car comes with two 6 speed hks dogbox trannies that are worth almost 10gs a piece. |
I would say the sale depends a fair amount on the "extras" you would get with the purchase.. |
.....it's an R34 GT-t then it's only like 370Z priced when new... not Nur spec by any stretch. |
Truck is probably worth around $15K. Newer ones like 2002 and newer are still over $20K used. That trailer is worth quite a bit since it is a 48 ft'er. That is long enough to hold 2 cars. A quick search online are showing used 32 ft trailers +$20K so this one is worth more than that since it is a 48 ft'er. Sounds like a pretty good deal for this whole package if there are a lot of extra's included. My only concern is the crap cusco cage. |
That's Cannonball's shit. DO NOT BUY! I'm not saying that because I have a personal vendetta against them. Cannonball is notorious for their shitty, shoddily modified cars, questionable workmanship, and downright lies. Don't buy anything from there EVER! I think there was a thread on v240 or bc240 so look it up for yourself. Hideki is a very sweet talking con man. |

And to the OP, the "Weissach R34" is fully DOT-legal hence the price tag. This one is for strictly track use. |

Never had any issues w/ cannonball and I have been dealing with Hideki for about a year. He's a reasonable guy and has always been open to dicuss any issues or differences of opinion. I think this is a great deal for someone looking for a drift skyline! Posted via RS Mobile |
LOL. you get the truck too? Cool. For 80K... All this > 1 out of date NSX. |

mmmmmmm. quality cb work right here... http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5321.jpg Gasket maker on banjo bolts... http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5322.jpg Rubber heater hose used as oil return...it'll probably degrade after a couple months. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5327.jpg Big surprise, no coolant running through a ball-bearing turbo. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5345.jpg Pinched off water return....the feed side was a rubber hose with a bolt stuffed in it. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5342.jpg More disgusting welds... http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5361.jpg Oil filter with tool marks on it...I'm guessing it was taken off another car and used on this one. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5363.jpg 100% pure water in the rad....do they not realize it's already winter time?? http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5381.jpg The bolt on the right was used as the radiator drain...I made a proper one on the left with a proper copper washer. These are all things I found while only replacing the turbocharger. Some other random pics: http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5335.jpg Split loom just "placed" on the long parts of the engine harness just to make it look "clean". http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF5337.jpg No cover on crank angle sensor...these are optical sensors that aren't supposed to be exposed to outside light. |
how about some more? different car done about 6 months prior to the above car. Let the pictures speak for themselves. this would be a front crossmember. i think it might be leaking oil? http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4205.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4217.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4219.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4221.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4222.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4229.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4230.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4231.jpg if your like WTF is that. yes, it is a sock. http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4232.jpg http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t...e/DSCF4233.jpg |

Also Im sure if he was gonna sell it illegally, he wouldn't post it on craiglist, cuz it would just make a bunch of attention, and Toyo may find out about it. |
