i think he just ordered 2 sets by going around the system
not sure if clearing cookies (which lets you place another order) will actually get you sent another order or if you actually have to use new contact info

it goes by IP... not cookies or machine ID...

google the word "proxy"... or use an internet cafe if you can't figure that one out XD
