Oil Gauge going haywire. 2000 Honda Civic Si

im not sure if its temperature or pressure but the oil gauge on the far right hand side of this photo after it warms up, it usually stays level but recently it seems to always go lower and varies downwards depending whether i am moving or at a stop. it goes a lot lower when i am at a complete stop but it goes a tiny bit higher when i am moving. is there something wrong with the car? if so how do you think i should approach this? and it never seems to go to the point where it usually is and it always seems to be a little lower than normal.

thats the coolant temp gauge. sounds like a thermostat is sticking open. Is it over heating?

oh it seems to be not heated enough. cause when it was normally heated it was higher than what it is now. so i should get it checked out then?
