Streaming Music on A Remote Computer

Any recommendations on a good software I can use to stream my music collection remotely from my home pc to my work pc or even my phone? I use LogMeIn Free to remotely control my home PC but doesn't have sound options. I know LogMeIn Pro has this feature but it's a premium service.

Winamp Remote works quite well.
