Honda civic/crx. fun car to drive and good on gas. and pretty cheap. and relatively easy to repair.

im taking considerations for the volvo but id be driving from surrey to van n that bridge is very tight... volvo looks really big... almost tank like...

If I were driving over that bridge, the first thing I would probably drive on a $2000 budget would be that Volvo. And besides, as RFlush put it, "Four doors for more whores!" :D

Get an old volvo. There's a bunch on c-list right now. They're rwd, you can get a manual, they're tanks, they're reliable. Don't know much more you could want.

again, go to craigslist and put down your max price range and average out the mileage in the ads that come up
