Mashed Cauliflower

Thought I would throw this recipe out for people that want something different then potatoes.
Boil as much cauliflower as you want. While you are doing that brown some garlic. Once the cauliflower is done drain it and throw it in a food processor. Put the garlic, and some cream cheese in with it. Blend it till its smooth. Throw some freshly ground pepper on and serve.

I didnt give exact amounts of each since it comes down to personal preference.

Can also combine with potatoes to give a different texture. Done mashed cauliflower before, and it'd damn delicious.

The only think I would maybe add is after you mash everything together throw it back on the oven for a couple minutes. Maybe it was cuz I made a small batch but I think the cold cream cheese cooled it down way too fast.

Document it. It would be awesome to have a weekly recipe thread so there's something new to try.
