"Good Eats" is my favorite cooking show. It's funny, informative, instructions are thorough, and recipes are so EASY. I tried a few recipes and they were a success. |
Roasted Vegetables: My preference: -1 cup of cherry tomatoes -2 or 3 cups of bite size cauliflower -3 cups Big cuts of Red onions (Red = flavour] -A handful of garlic pieces (not sliced, as it will burn) ---------- Add into a bowl, drizzle generously with olive oil, sprinkle good salt (marg. salt or rock salt, etc) and cracked pepper. Mix Thoroughly so everything is coated. Throw in oven at med/high heat for about 5-10 minutes, depending on your preference on texture. Take out, Place on a plate, with GOOD toasted bread.[To use to wipe the juices] Enjoy! [Although this is a very simple recipe, it's addicting] |
