Hitman wrecks lambo into F430

Quote:

In what appears to be the "shadiest" accident since Stefan Erikssen's Ferrari Enzo crash in Malibu back in 2006, a Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 driven by a man convicted of murdering 6 people crashed into a brand new Ferrari F430.

The Lamborghini was being driven by a former hitman who was sentenced to 72 years in prison but was granted political amnesty and released. We don't know who was driving the Ferrari.

Both men were attending a VIP wedding reception for the family of the ruling political party in the town of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.

After the accident, the drivers apparently beat up people who were trying to take photos. After the police arrived, they took no statement or accident report and ignored the beatings. A light pole that was bent in half will be repaired using tax payer money.

Here are some photos a brave soul managed to take.

wow

godwin 02-26-2010 03:54 AM

Well people who can afford this in South Africa are probably well connected.. However regarding the murders etc., I used to have Zulu employees that would say their farewells at the start of the weekend, because they are going to their tribal fights where they take "There can be only one" literally.:(

StylinRed 02-26-2010 03:59 AM

on a south african related note

nobody is going to the World Cup, 50% of the VIP tickets aren't claimed (the other 50% are probably corporate handouts) and there's roughly 600,000 seats left up for grabs

so FIFA is giving them out to locals for about $20 a piece

AzNightmare 02-26-2010 04:06 AM

ouch... poor cars

Dear Friend,

As you read this, I don't want you to feel sorry for
me, because, I believe everyone will die someday.
My name is MR Adada Muhammadu a Crude Oil merchant in
Iran,i have been diagnosed with Esophageal cancer .
It has defied all forms of medical treatment, and
right now I have only about a few months to live,
according to medical experts.
I have not particularly lived my life so well, as I
never really cared for anyone(not even myself)but my
business. Though I am very rich, I was never
generous, I was always hostile to people and only
focused on my business as that was the only thing I
cared for. But now I regret all this as I now know
that there is more to life than just! wanting to have
or make all the money in the world.
I believe when God gives me a second chance to come
to this world I would live my life a different way
from how I have lived it. Now that God has called
me, I have willed and given most of my property
and assets to my immediate and extended family
members as well as a few close friends.
I want God to be merciful to me and accept my soul
so, I have decided to give alms to charity
organizations, as I want this to be one of the last
good deeds I do on earth. So far, I have distributed
money to some charity organizations in Austra, cameroun,
liberia,Algeria and Malaysia. Now that my health has
deteriorated so badly, I cannot do this myself
anymore. I once asked members of my family to close
one of my accounts and distribute the money which I have
there to charity organization in Bulgaria and
Pakistan, they refused and kept the money to
themselves. Hence! , I do not trust them anymore, as
they seem not to be contended wi th what I have left
for them.

The last of my money which no one knows of is the
huge cash deposit of Eight million dollars
$8,000,000,00 that I have with a finance/Security
Company abroad. I will want you to help me collect this
deposit and dispatched it to charity organizations.

I have set aside 10% for you and for your time.

God be with you.

MR Adada Muhammadu

what is the source for this?

i visited south africa few yrs back, it was beautiful and i didn't get kill stab or robbed. granted we stick to the tourist route. I remember the tour guide took us to a place and tell us that "beyond this point there is no law". There is still major discrimination though, white men still rule there and sometimes i understand why the lower class lash out (99.99999% black). they live in what looks like booth build with cardboard and than few km later you would see a giant ass mansion with sick cars white family with a few black servants in a property roughly equal to 2000 cardboard booths for the poor.

having said that i was treated with respect if i have the chance i would definately go back especially if its for the world cups
