Missed UBC application deadline.
 

Im grade 12 going at the moment.
I signed up on the mybccampus website, but i wasn't able to access the UBC website to do the verification. The deadline for the faculty i wanted was febuary 28th. Basically i did not pay, so my application wasn't entered. Am i totally fucked, or can i call them and see if some changes can be made?

K i got it fixed.

What i did for those in the future that fucked up as hard as me:

I first went to Brock Hall in UBC and asked if i can pay there because of financial issues. They directed me with a Enrollment manager contact.
I than looked up the managers number, which my counselor used to call and tell them about the situation. the manager understood and gave me 2 days to hand in the money i missed.

You can always try begging them.

try to call the faculty directly, or show up in person. At this stage e-mails don't really cut it. Why didn't you apply directly with UBC self admittance?

the problem was i couldnt log into UBC, plus i dont have a credit card. my application was saved but not paid therefore not processed fucking myself over. is there a department address where i can go plead directly?

feb 28th is the standard date for all applications. student enrolment service is your best bet..you better go by friday or you'd be waiting another year to enter ubc

im a undergrad thats transferring to ubc. the deadline was on the 28th, but because of the olympic break and the fact that it was the weekend, they extended it to the first.... but its the 4th now.

i see.. but thats the most lenient they can be?
did you go to the student enrolment service center?

honestly, i would think its a bit too late by now. but what you should do is google the ubc website, and look for their application page and try to apply for the september 2010 semester (its really easy to do online and pay by credit card. you do need your pen number tho).. if it lets you, then you should be ok. and no i didnt go in, i just called in. the phone number should also be on the website. try to come up with some excuse about finances or something.

i do have a application form, its just i didn't/ couldnt pay
the application form was done during december.
