90 accord tail light problem.....HELP!!!

So I bought a 90 accord coupe last week and its an ok car except that the tail lights don't always work. When I start the car the lights (front and back) come on then after a couple of minutes the tail lights and front corner lights turn off. Now my buddy told me that it might be the tail light relay???? Does anyone know of this relay and where it is or what the problem is????? I would be sooo happy if you could tell me so I can drive past 6pm hah!

Thanks!!!

no such thing as "taillight relay" on this car. Likely its a problem in the DRL relay. Its under the dash by the driver's left knee area. You can usually re-solder the cracked solder joints on the circuit board.
