Spotted: black modded IS getting towed! Saw a black modded IS230/350 with a N sign getting towed on the left lane of the UBC highway with a cop car in the back around 11am on Thursday. Thought t was weird the cop didn't even pull the car over and in the middle of the highway. Anyone know why?/? |
