I'm sorry, when I see miata, I ALWAYS think of it as something a hairdresser or metrosexual would drive. Hate on me all you want, but thats what pops into mind.
I personally would never drive a miata.
Hell I cant think of any other 2 seater convertible i'd want other than the s2000. Even then, id throw a spoon hardtop on. :P

Oh for sure, I know someone who has a miata as a track car. They are crazy nimble, its just a stereotype that is forever etched into my head. I could never man up and drive one as ive seen too many pansies driving miatas, im scarred.
Just like VW Cabriolets are totally college girl cars. :P
