Thanks, Tofu, you made my day.

Didn't see the following........ might have missed it. Coca Cola, Sony, Honda, .....

Probably didn't get permission to show it.

LOL @ bad ass Ronald. Also, I'd so tap the Esso girl.

Other favourites:
Big boy groping the Esso girl
X Box Logo during start of earthquake
Fido Dido dude getting smacked twice
Mr. Clean = Fairy
MGM = big pussy
Parental Advisory on Green Giant
Nice ass grabbing by Pringles
Road in shape of Vaio (Sony logo not allowed, so a little FU)
IBM crashing
What's left of California = Nike Logo
Subaru Logo bubbles in space

i think there are more kids out there who recognize these corporate logos and are able to name them; better than they can name the countries on the planet.

seakrait 03-12-2010 02:31 PM

can we assume that they got permission to use all the logos seen in the film? i'm surprised mcdonald's allowed ronald mcdonald to be such a badd ass when mcdonald's restaurants emphasis is on family fun, etc.

awesome short movie.

The_AK 03-12-2010 03:08 PM

makes you wonder how effective product placement really is in movies

I didn't see the Sony logo, but I saw the Sony 'Vaio' logo. It was the highway when the car was going through the Valley.

Logorama

It's about logos and how they are part of our modern day culture?

They integrated the logos into the story.

Not only the vehicles and surorunding buildings, but the characters themselves.

Ronald as the Joker (bad guy)
Michelin Tire guys as the cops.
Pringles guys as pervs.
AOL logos as Average Joes on the street
I still get a kick out of Mr. Clean being a fairy (a femme)
I don't get Esso chick....... her head is in the shape of an oil drop, but what about dat ass and the girls?
