Quick question
 

I just got a ticket for a cracked windshield and a order to replace it within 5 days.

on the violation ticket it says the fine is 109 dollars but underneath it it says WARNING in big letters with a box drawn around it.

does this mean i do not have to pay the 109 dollar fine and just replace the windshield in 5 days and i'm good?

Some Members used to do that...just to make a point. Did you sign it, did he serve you the blue copy, did he say anything that told you it was to be treated as a warning and not a VT? From what you have described he intended it as a warning, not a VT. If you had the windshield replaced within his 5 day "warning" then how about contacting him and making sure it is NOT to be taken as a VT.
