Weird Random Vertical Black Line on Sony LCD

I have a 4 months old 46" Sony LCD, and occasionally, there is a thick (1") vertical black line that run from the top to bottom at roughly 2/3rd across the screen.

The black line stays there regardless of if I change channels or input sources. However, it disappears when I turn the TV off and turn it back on.

So far, it has happened twice.
Any idea on why is that happening? (i've searched google, but can't seem to find the answer. Most black line problems people tend to have are permanent, while mine appears randomly and disappear after shutting off.)

*it just happened again while I was typing this message..lol
I took some photo and can post it up if anyone want to see what it looks like.

try a different refresh rate in display settings (on your computer)?

otherwise, it seems like a warranty claim ...
