Fastest/ Easiest way to Deflute plastic headlight lens?????????
 

ok i need to deflute my plastic headlight lens, those lines in ur lens, so i can make it into a clear lens if you dont know what defluting is.

tried sanding by hand with 100 grit sand paper but progress is real slow and very tiring. tired using dremel but the bits wear, and break very quickly.( i don't know if its cus its the shitty bits that it comes with)

any one know of any other things i can use to sand down the flutes? i can only thing of electric sander, maybe a sander head that i can attach to cordless drill? but the thing is if its flexible to follow the contour of the lens. and is the grit adjustable? cuz i need to use finer and finer grits.
