If you don't get a response here, Lawyer Referral is where to try.

Is it a criminal code offence or a traffic ticket?

I searched before I posted and saw your lawyer referral ( http://www.cba.org/BC/Initiatives/ma..._referral.aspx )

But I actually wanted to see if anyone had someone they personally have had success with.

It is for a traffic ticket.

Thanks!

You may actually have difficulty finding a lawyer with experience in traffic court. It is rare that someone retains a lawyer for a ticket due to the cost. I would be surprised if you can find a lawyer that will take it on for less than $800 to $1000.

I've even had Crown Counsel let me prosecute my own ticket in provincial court. She said chances were I had more experience at it than she did.
