I've never even heard of this brand, and it's a fucking cotton t-shirt.
So unless the cotton was pulled out of Oprah Winfrey's ass and sewn into a t-shirt, you're a grade A douchebag for even having a shirt like that.

slammer111 03-28-2010 04:31 AM

Damn, didn't even know they made $800 T-shirts!?

Most expensive one I'd ever seen was this $375 Diesel one inside Holt Renfrew.

That really sucks OP. Hope they're able catch these 2 douches. Makes me think twice about meeting up for buy/sell now. Why cant people just buy and sell stuff like honest citizens wtf..

Just think though. The shirt would be worthless in a couple years when this fad finally dies off anyways.

He didn't spend $800 idiot. Shirt has tags still. Use your head. Yelnats is a known clothing seller..I've seen him sell clothes on honestforum, ebay or on here or CL. The guy obviously knows where to get clothes on wholesale price.

that's not a bad idea
start buying douchebag shirts at warehouse prices and sell them online

one could really make a secure living out of this

Culture_Vulture 03-28-2010 09:30 PM

oh, and PS, I'd totally buy that shirt for $340,
if you have one, I'll BIN for $350 right now, the closest skytrain station to me is Surrey Central

optiblue 03-28-2010 10:04 PM

ouch!!! metrotown food court next time!!! $340 for that t-shirt? wow, that's more than all the clothes that I'm wearing!

TomBox_N 03-28-2010 11:53 PM

Why r we even arguing how much the shit is worth? Thta has nothing to do with the fact that OP got jumped.

But what's so different between a $350 shirt & a $350 cell phone? He could have gotten jumped just the same. The value of the shirt is not the issue here. Do I think the shirt is worth $800? Hell no. But there's bound to be someone out there who think it's worth it.

Cman333 03-29-2010 03:25 PM

Sucks to hear..... fortunately for me I've never encountered this.....

but it all seriousness.. when i sell phones and stuff ($300+) i usually ignore replies where they dont have a facebook that matches the name of the email.. then i creep on their profile for their picture and if i dont see that person at the meet point i pretend im a regular person, act normal and leave.. and i meet in food courts..

skyxx 03-29-2010 07:29 PM

lol I usually check facebook too when emails go back and forth and I get their name. it's like a screening process and totally not creepy at all.

Yeah the value of the shirt is not the issue. He's just an idiot for meeting up at a deserted location late at night.

And he's a douchebag for having a shirt worth that much.
