Hey guys,

I'm looking to set up an online store. What is a reputable online store software that has an easily customizable UI and a fairly easy to use back-end (I'm not the only one who is going to be managing the store and the other guy isn't so technically competent).

I'm pretty green when it comes to managing an online store so school me! I don't even know what I don't know at this point :) .
