Update on Autobody Paint Shops?

I need to get a rear spoiler and a front splitter painted on a BMW 5-series. I am a newbie here and was searching around but see that alot of threads are older so any updates on who is the go-to-guy these days. I would like it done asap with some quality. Any recommendations on a good paint shop that wont charge me a arm and a leg. All help is greatly appreciated and references also. I am located in Coquitlam but will drive almost anywhere for a deal, well almost anywhere :)
