Engine SWAP

Just a curious question. Something I have wanted to do for awhile and now am finally in the position that i can do it. I have a 00 accord coupe with the F23 in it, with 5spd. I want to swap it out for the C23A Type 2 motor, with 6spd. just curious if that is possible. My model of accord came with a v6 version as well. so i dont think there would really be a reason for it not to work. any advice would be greatly appreciated!
