UBC Vancouver vs UBC Okanagan

Title is supposed to be "UBC Vancouver vs UBC Okanagan" sorry

UBC Vancouver vs UBC Okanagan. I know that UBC Vancouver is harder to get in (depending on faculty), is it true that if I graduate it from either of them, I'll get the same job opportunity ?

I think it says on your diploma that you got it from UBCV or UBCO. I would think it makes a difference or else why not go to UBCO for a cheaper degree?

^I went to UBCO..the tuition fees are the same as the campus in Vancouver.

As for the degree saying UBC or UBCO...I'll let u know when I receive mine this coming June.haha

is it easier to get accepted into UBCO? if the fees are the same i understand why people would choose to go there. (if they already live in vancouver that is)

yeap. The entrance averages are usually lower.

it's a business, who the fuck wants to go up there? so they make it easier, but charge the same.

then the money starts rolling in.

twitchyzero 04-22-2010 10:52 AM

unless you are in business, no one is going to care whether you got it at the Okanagan campus or the Point Grey campus

a UBC degree is just a piece of paper..at least for undergrad
