Truck border crossing 176th question... Hey everyone, I'm picking someone up at the border, just wondering if there are any duty frees or perhaps some restaurants/gas stations on the Canadian side that I can park my car and wait. A place that would be within walking distance from the border itself. Let me know, appreciate it. Thanks in advance. |
Yes. There is a duty free store on the right hand side just before the border. Check the government border cams and one of the camera's will be pointed at the duty free store. |
^^Thanks. So I can visit duty free, park there and when want to leave I can loop around orbust a u-turn staying in Canada? Just want to know if I'm forced to cross u.s. border at that point. thanks |
There's parking at the customs broker building on the corner of 0 AVe and 176 St., there's also a cafe in that building or if you wanna stay in your car you can park at the truck scale and wait it's a little further than the cafe. |
