How to install OSX?

What do I need?
How do I install it on a PC? (Core2duo + G31 chipset)
Can I dual boot or I need a new HD? (currently the PC has one HD only)

I am very lost here, my co-worker gave me a legit copy of OSX and I have sme copies from piratebay just in case, but I have no idea where to start. Please help

Read the forums that Skinnypup posted - they will help you immensely. Keep in mind that not every machine will have drivers for it, so you may be looking online for ones that people have written for the device you need.

do I need a separate HD btw (no partition)?

You can either partition or run a seperate Hard Disk.
For the partition you need to do it as a raw partition as OSX has it's own HFS+ format
