| Here's an excellent post on the double down. It confirms my thoughts on it - it is not as unhealthy as a similar burger you'll get at a fast food place, and doesn't cause a huge sugar spike. Also, it will keep you fuller longer.
If you really think high protein/high fat is bad for you, and low fat/high carb is good, you need to open your eyes.

I know fast food sucks. I wouldn't call it the downfall of society though And something like the Double Down is actually an improvement over pretty much everything else, so it's ironic that people are freaking out about it.
If they can go back to using animal oil to fry the food in, replace all buns with chicken breasts, and use real cheese and bacon, this would actually be a pretty damn healthy meal. Unfortunately, what people think is healthy is literally the opposite of true, so that will never happen.

Any meal without a huge amount of carbs doesn't make you feel like shit. So you're right, the double down is healthy |

I don't know how to cook, so I just end up going out to eat.

Blurry because I didn't let my camera focus, I was too fucking hungry.
Got it the day after Tiesto on my way back. Chicken was a bit salty.
Very filling though, considering the chicken pieces were huge.
KFC chicken thighs in Seattle were HUGE!!
