Hate my job cuz the manager will change the schedule without telling anyone.

For example..
Monday = work 10-6 (check schedule at 6pm and u work 10-6am tomorrow)
he would change the schedule at around night time 8pm, and expect people to know...
Tuesday = walk in @ 10 to work, then figure out u ain't working that day.. wTF

been happening for couple months.. its stupid

I've been there for nearing two years, no pay raise
I get 8 hours/wk. (I'm still in high school, but I am willing to work afterward).
The person I normally work with does shit all but answer the phone
Even if I've had an injury, I'm still the only one that does any heavy lifting
I hate having pointless conversations that end up where we started again

Guess you can't have it both ways with the time tho lol

rain + electricity dont sound like a good combo to me.

Pipefitter-Welder

The worst parts are being away from home for extended periods of time, the sometimes harsh environments (extreme cold/heat) and the stress of constant weld testing/Xraying done on your work.

Sometimes you dont always work with the most savoury people either lol.
