your brother has to want to change if anything. otherwise the circle of life is going to continue. whatever he's on, has a death grip on him, and even if he goes to jail, as soon as he gets out he may just start using again. intervention, speak together as a family, he denies he has a drug problem, make him pee in a cup right there and then, and tell him your taking it to get drug testing. speak to him about going to rehab. kicking him out may result him into crime for his addiction. it maybe a lost cause no offense depending out how dependent he is on the drug.

If you want to help a drug addict that's you're own family, the hardest part isnt getting him to go to rehab or whatever. I'd say the hardest part is realising, that you're going to have to make the biggest sacrifice. your time, your money, your effort. it's gonna almost be like baby sitting someone. you have sacrifice a lot of your personal life.
