We've got some new XS power batteries in stock - the best batteries in the world! We can also get Shuriken too. If you want cheap then you may want to look at Interstate.

We are an official IASCA dealer. We have sound quality and SPL CD's for sale from IASCA. We are also planning a test and tune before the event so please PM me if you are interested in that and we can help tune your sound for free. :)

Almost a month away until the big show! Tell your friends, come on down and have a great time!

Remember we have a show and shine as well so if your car looks hot, may as well show it off!

civicguy604 06-14-2010 01:26 PM

system is all tuned thanks to mike and the gang... as well as all the lighting i think ill ever need... but who knows might add some in the trunk bed.... ready to compete!

installerz 06-20-2010 08:39 AM

It's now one week until our 3rd annual Sound-Off & Show n' Shine.

Last year was pretty cool. We gave away car alarms, car stereos, speakers, shirts and good times. This year plans to be even better! We'll have more prizes, cooler cars, better presentation and even more laughter ;)

If you plan on competing, please bring your car/truck/airplane in between 10 & 11am to ensure great parking.

What types of sound systems are we going up against here exactly?

I got two 12 inch Alpine Subs and a Pioneer Amp which I really already really love the sound from...but I've seen cars with far better sound systems, so I don't want to park, compete, then look like a joke LOL.

If its your first time competing, you would be in Rookie class so you have a really good chance at winning a trophy. There are quite a few classes so we want as many people to win in each class as possible. If you want, come by the shop and let me have a listen to your system. I will give you the honest truth about if I think it has the cojones and I'll even help you tune it!

I hired a professional sound quality judge from the States to come here. He's very courteous, insightful, caring and kind. He's been an IASCA judge for a few years and in my opinion, one of the best because of his attitude. He's not in the car stereo business. This is his hobby.
It's his job to listen to your car and evaluate it upon several criteria and give you written and verbal feedback.
Unlike salespeople who more often then not tell you what they think you need to buy, he'll tell you what you're doing well at and where you need improvement.
It's not about ego.
There are three basic categories for sound quality. Rookie, Amateur and Pro. Those who have never competed before would be in Rookie. If you're in the car stereo business, you're a Pro.
There are trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd for each category. How many people are going to be in your class?

May I take you up on this offer as well? I never had the chance to come by to have you listen to the sub box you built to see how it sounds with my set up. I'd love to have you opinion, maybe even have you tweak it

It's a specifically designed IASCA disc that provide cues so that all cars are judged upon the merits of the system.
