Help me find a laptop

I need to get a new laptop for work but am unsure what would work best with my needs.First off i dont really like Dell or HP.
It will only be used to run:
Lawson (program for managing customers/their accounts & order imput)
Autoquotes (an electronic catalog with thousands of Sku's/quoting program).
Outlook
Possibly CAD
interner explorer

-Needs to be somewhat portable, nothing to heavy and no bigger than 15.4"
-lots of storage
-quick start up time
-windows based
-the more ram the better
Ideally i'd like to keep it under $700

Just not sure would be best, thanks for the help...
